- 1.5 Cup Besan
- 1 Large Boiled Potato
- 1/4 Cup White or Brown Rice Flour
- 1.5 Cup Kashmiri Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp Ajwain Seeds
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tbsp Pepper Powder
- 0.5 tbsp Dry Mango Powder
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1/3 Cup Water
- Salt

Haldiram's style Aloo Bhujia, recipe which is so easy to make that you can enjoy this as a gluten free snacks with your family. All you need is some easily available ingredients with some cooking skills.
Recipe Directions
Boil, peel and grate a potato. Now add the rice flour, salt, pepper powder, besan, ajwain, chilli powder, seeds, turmeric powder, oil and dry mango powder. Now add water less than 1/3 cup to knead the dough. The dough should be soft and a bit sticky. Time to make the thin strips, which you can make by two ways i.e. with muruku maker apparatus or by lemon squeezer. Make sure you apply oil to the equipment else the dough will stick to apparatus or squeezer. Now deep fry in any vegetable oil. After frying you can break the longstrips with hands. Store this aloo bhujia in an air tight container. You can enjoy this with tea/coffee.
