Healthy Buckwheat Crepes (Kuttu Dosa) are instant gluten-free crepes/dosa. I’m making the savory version served along potato scramble.
I usualyy dont share recipe on Wednesday but this recipe is specially being shared on the auspicious occasion of ‘Navratri’ (meaning nine nights) one of the holiest Hindu festival celebrated all over India. During these nine days/nights people worship different forms of Goddess Durga (Shakti) and many keep fast (eat glutenfree and vegetarian). Most of the fast food comprises of fresh fruits/milk/yogurt and lot of fried dishes made using Buckwheat(Kuttu) / Water Chestnut Flour(Singhada) / Echinochloa colona Flour(Sama ka chawal).
