- ½ cup + ½ tablespoon milk (125 ml) (warm to a little warmer than room temperature)
- FILLING
- 1 cup brown sugar (200 grams)
- 1½ - 2 teaspoons Cinnamon (3.9 - 5.2 grams)
- ⅓ cup butter softened (83 grams)
- GLAZE
- ½ cup powdered sugar/icing sugar (55 grams) (you may need more depending on how thick you like it)
- ½ teaspoon vanilla (2.5 grams)
- 1 tablespoon cream (15 grams)
- 1 tablespoon milk (15 grams)
