Ingredients
- 1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tablespoon of pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey *add more if you want
- 1 teaspoon of ground, organic flax seed
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin pie spice
- 8 ounces of unsweetened almond milk
- About 8 ice cubes
Recipe Description
To make this Pumpkin Protein Shake, simply add all the ingredients to a blender (I love my Blendtec) and blend it all up until smooth. This seemed to be a good concoction for me, but if you want more pumpkin flavor, add a little more puree. It is good for you, so why not? This is the perfect season to enjoy a pumpkin protein shake!
