- Royal Icing Ingredients:
- 2 egg whites
- 1 C powder sugar
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- Red & golden yellow gel food coloring

Turn a simple vanilla cupcake into a Superhero dessert that kids and adults alike won't be able to resist! They are a bit time consuming and a little advanced for the kids to help with, but I promise this moist and delicious little piece of artwork is so worth it! They are also perfect for your superhero's birthday or class party or anywhere you need a little fun! Regardless of where you serve them, everyone will love them!
NOTE: The decorations for these cupcakes have a drying time from 5-10 hours so plan accordingly.
