- 2 Plum Tomatoes
- 1 Can of Garbanzo Beans Can Garbanzo Beans
- 1 Jar Roasted Peppers (oil drained)
- 1/4 Pound Genoa Salami thickest slice you can get
- 1/4 Pound Pepperoni
- 1/4 Pound Soppressata
- 1/2 Pound Sharp Provolone cheese
- 1/2 Pound Fresh Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 TBSP Italian Seasoning
- 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
