Recipe Description
This is an easy, deliciously creamy, and slightly spicy version of the classic comfort food. Perfect as a side dish or as a main meal. Also, make mac and cheese bites with the leftovers for adult appetizers or as a kid meal. Just take a couple of tablespoons of the chilled mac and cheese, shape it into a ball, dip it in an egg wash, roll in some flour or bread crumbs, then fry in hot oil for a few minutes.
