Recipe Directions

  1. Marinate beef sirloin with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, salt and brown sugar for 30 minutes.
  2. Heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil in a wok. Stir-fry beef slices, about 3 minutes.
  3. To prepare the Yasai Itame, heat Golden Fiesta Canola Oil in a separate pan, and sauté ginger and onions.
  4. Increase heat, and add the carrots, bell pepper and togue. Stir-fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. Season with Datu Puti Soy Sauce, salt and pepper. Set aside.
  6. Scoop out rice onto serving bowl. Top with beef and vegetables.
