- 3 onion sliced
- 1/2 cup besan
- 1 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon rice flour
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon dhanajeera powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon ajwain
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- Salt
- Oil for frying
- Very little water

The Ingredients which are used in it are easily available in your kitchen. Ingredients like Onion, besan, turmeric powder, dhania-jeera powder, red and green chilies, ajwain, Salt to taste, Oil for frying, and Very little water to mix these all Ingredients in a good manner. Recipe Directions
In a bowl, add besan, corn flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, dhanajeera powder, chili powder, green chilies, ajwain, baking soda & salt and give it a good mix.
Slowly add water to it so that it has a thick pouring consistency. Make sure there are no lumps.
Then add the onions to this and mix it well so that the onions are well coated with the batter.
In a deep-bottomed pan, heat some oil.
Scoop out the onion mixture bit by bit and add it into the hot oil.
Fry these bhajis till they turn golden brown.
