- 1 C Boiling Water
- Frosting Ingredients:
- 1 C soft unsalted butter
- 4 + C powdered sugar
- 4 TBSP heavy whipping cream
- Chocolate M&M\'s
- Oreo cookies, split apart and the filling removed
