- 1 cup hazelnuts
- 2 cups shredded coconut + another 1/2 cup for rolling the finished balls in
- 1/2 cup raw shelled hemp seeds/hearts
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup brown rice syrup
- Up to 1/4 cup maple syrup (see recipe note)
