Recipe Description
Nigerian Wagyu beef Suya is made with Wagyu steak slices covered with ground peanuts, ginger, paprika, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, & chile flakes. The spiced beef is threaded onto metal skewers & grilled. Served over cabbage salad.
