Nutella Muddy Buddies

Ingredients

• 1 box (12.8 ounces) of Chex cereal (I prefer rice Chex)
• 1-3/4 cups semi-sweet chocolate morsels
• ¾ cup Nutella
• ½ cup unsalted butter
• 1 tablespoon unrefined organic coconut oil (this is optional, I add this to make the mixture even smoother, so it's easier to coat the cereal, you can use more butter instead or skip the extra)
• 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
• About ¾ of a 2 pound bag of confectioner's sugar (I don't measure this part, just have a 2 lb. bag handy!)
