I’m really looking forward to the Classic Open Air which is held annually in my town. It’s the biggest Classic Open Air in Europe and maybe one of the biggest picnics. In addition, there is probably the biggest pasta salad density. Everyone brings its own variant and enjoy the good food and the beautiful music. Unfortunately, you can not barbecue there, but my salad is also fine as main dish. A beautiful fresh variant with vegetables and instead of mayonnaise I use yoghurt for the dressing. I love this pasta salad and prepare them whenever my friend is not getting tired of it.
