Pork, Bok Choy and Mushrooms go together so well. This is an easy to make weeknight meal. And delicious as well. You could also add more vegetables to it if you like. You can also serve this with rice for a more complete meal. By ‘velveting’ the meat, you get a melt in your mouth tender piece of meat.
