- 1 bunch cilantro, stemmed
- limes, cut into wedges

On one visit to our neighborhood Mexican grocery store, I had the pleasure of meeting two lovely ladies who were nice enough to share their time-tested pork chili verde recipe. With tender pork rib morsels and a robust chili verde sauce, the stew was an instant hit. Served with rice and warm tortillas, it is the perfect comfort food.
