If you’re not familiar with smoothie bowls yet, let me explain the latest craze that is the smoothie bowl. Smoothie bowls are basically really thick smoothies that you eat with a spoon. They’re typically served in a bowl (in case that part wasn’t obvious) and sprinkled with pretty rows of toppings, like fruit, nuts, seeds, granola, etc.
This one is a PUMPKIN smoothie bowl! It’s September and that means ’tis the season for pumpkin spice everything, so it seems appropriate.
For an on-the-go breakfast, stick it in a thermos to help keep it cold and thick. So I guess you could actually call it a “Smoothie Thermos” since you’re not actually using a bowl. But you get the idea.
