Ingredients
- 2 ginger snap cookies, crushed
- 3 oz half and half, divided
- 3 oz Kahlua
- 3 oz white Creme de Cacao
- 2 tbsp puréed pumpkin
- 1 drop cinnamon essential oil (or 1 tbsp ground cinnamon)
- 1 drop clove essential oil (or 1/2 tsp ground cloves)
- freshly grated nutmeg, for garnish
Recipe Description
I love having a pumpkin spice cocktail when I crave the flavors of pumpkin pie, and that is pretty much all season long this time of the year. Since baking pumpkin pie every few days would be a bit time-consuming (and not very practical), I came up with this easy pumpkin spice cocktail because it tastes just like having the dessert, but in a glass. The best part? It only takes 5 minutes to whip up, and doesn’t require any pumpkin flavored liquor.
