Tis the season for pumpkin and I just love it! I love the smell, the taste and all of the amazing varieties that are becoming available. I am getting into all this pumpkin, so I decided to take a little spin on it myself. My family loves Zeppoles!! We have gone to many fairs just so we can have Zeppoles. I must agree with my husband and kids there is something magical about those hot tasty little fried Zeppoles! This is my take on pumpkin Zeppoles and I hope you enjoy them. I added no sugar to the batter since you will be dipping them in lots of powdered sugar, giving them just the right amount of sweetness.
