- 1 container of chocolate fudge frosting
- 2 tbsp of spiced bourbon whiskey
- 2 bags of Ghirardelli white chocolate melting chips
- 1 package of red candy melts
- 1 container of Wilton confetti hearts
- 1 disposable piping bag
- 1 cookie sheet fitted with wax or parchment paper
- double boiler
- cupcake pan with cupcake liners
