- 1 cup Whole Milk
- ¾ cups Cane Sugar
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- ½ Cup of Josh Cellars Cab Sauv reduced wine
- 4-6 Ghirardelli Valentine Chocolate squares, unwrapped and finely chopped
Recipe Description
I’m not sure why I don’t make homemade ice cream more often. It’s so incredibly easy to make and only takes a handful of ingredients. If you have an ice cream maker you really need to give this recipe a try. The next time you are at the store grab a bag of Ghirardelli Valentine chocolate and a bottle of Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon wine, some milk and cream and get ready to have a very tasty treat.
