  • ⅓ cup (43 grams) olive oil
  • 1½ teaspoon (1 gram) oregano
  • 1 teaspoon (5 grams) salt (1/4 - ½ teaspoon 1-2 grams extra for sprinkling)
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves chopped
  • 3 sprigs fresh rosemary (leaves removed from the stems) or 1 - 1½ teaspoons (1 gram) dried rosemary
  • hot pepper flakes if desired
