- 6 tbsp unsalted butter (85 g)
- ¾ cups granulated sugar (150 g)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 30 Rolo candies, unwrapped
- caramel sauce and fleur de sel for topping
Recipe Description
Also called “brolos”, these miniature brownies have a delicious candy rolo center, just like a mini lava cake. The small size makes them perfect for sharing, or at the least it slows you down while you gobble them up! This is a great recipe to use any extra Rolo candies you may have on hand.
