My friend Regina’s famous Snow Balls. Here’s what she says…. My family loves any cookies with nuts in it, especially pecans! This recipe calls for “chopped nuts”, which I guess means a variety of nuts or maybe the nut of your choice. Well, we have always chosen to make these cookies with our beloved pecan. I am sure it would be fabulous with any other variety.
I made them and the recipe was simple and so delicious. Great for packing up and bringing for gifts.
