Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (more or less to taste)
Recipe Description
These spicy roasted chickpeas make a tasty crunchy snack. They are loaded with fiber and are a much healthier snack than chips! Simply season chickpeas and roast in the oven for a few minutes and you get a healthy treat. They stay good for several days (if they last that long) so are great make ahead snacks.
