Spinach Crab Cakes are a truly scrumptious appetizer that will excite your palate with a bold combo of flavors. Hope you LOVE it as much as we do!
SPINACH CRAB CAKES
3 Cups Fresh or Frozen Spinach
1 Medium Onion Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic
3/4 lb crabmeat
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
3 eggs
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tbs mayonaise (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
In large mixing bowl shred spinach and add all ingredients and mix. Let stand in refrigerator for one hour so flavors can meld and mixture bind. Make golf ball sized amounts of mixture and pan sear in olive ole for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Garnish with wedge of lemon and ENJOY!
