Icebox cakes are one of the most popular summer desserts to make. This cake is a no-bake cake which means the oven never needs to be used during those hot summer days.
This recipe uses 2 pounds fresh strawberries to make a super light and filling creamy dessert everyone will love. Graham cracker sheets are used to make a soft and spongy cake texture that leaves a pleasant flavor and texture. We’ve added mini marshmallows to this cake and they become super soft and offer additional flavor along side the cheesecake pudding and whipped cream.
