Recipe Description
These veggie egg muffins are so easy to make and perfect for breakfast or dinner. You can switch up the ingredients to add your favorite vegetables too – I used a green bell pepper, tomato and onion but you can use anything. It only takes a few minutes to chop the vegetables and get these into the oven. If you’re a meat eater, simply add chunks of bacon or sausage.
