I can't believe these don't have eggs or butter! That's what you'll say when you try these chocolate cupcakes. They're rich and moist. You won't miss the egg one bit. They're also known as depression cakes or wacky cakes. At our house they're simply known as the best cupcakes ever. They don't even need frosting. They can be made as cake too!
