- 4 cup diced onion (optional, leave out if your kids don't like onion)
- 2 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ½ cup water
- 6-8 snack sized bags of Fritos corn chips
- TOPPINGS
- 1 cup black beans
- 1 cup lettuce
- ¾ cup tomato
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
