- 3 (15.8 ounce) cans Great Northern beans, rinced and drained
- 4 cups broth
- 3 cups cooked turkey, chopped
- 1 Roma tomato, diced and seeded
- ⅓ cup cilantro
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lime wedge and additional tomatoes and cilantro for garnish (optional)
