- 2 lbs Flank Steak
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Small Yellow Onion
- 2 cups Monterery Jack Cheese
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- 16 Flour or Corn Tortillas
- 1 Jalapeno
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- To Taste Salt & Pepper
Recipe Description
This recipe is the BOMB! One of the BEST recipes ever made! If you don’t like spicy, you can always leave off the jalapeños but I highly recommend using them and removing as many of the seeds as possible. One thing I do want to mention is when cutting these little fire balls, MAKE SURE you have gloves on! This is one of the very first recipes I ever made using jalapeños and my fingers burned for hours after I chopped them up. I also made the mistake of rubbing my eyes and my eyes burned as well. I know , why did I rub my eyes you ask? My fingers and hands didn’t burn right away which was the weird part. They started burning about an hour later.
