Cauliflower has some great health benefits.
It Boosts Heart Health, and contains a wealth of anti-inflammatory nutrients to help keep inflammation in check. It’s also rich in vitamins and minerals. It can also help your body’s ability to detoxify in multiple ways.
If you follow my other recipes, you may want to grab yourself a container of locatelli romano cheese since I use it in almost all of my dishes that call for parmesan cheese :)
This is SUPER easy to make and cooks up quick! A veggie I always used to pass in the store but we now eat at least once a week. You can use this recipe with fresh cauliflower or frozen. I think it tastes better with a fresh head of cauliflower.
