- 3 apples, peeled and sliced thin

Recipe Description
Drawing inspiration from my own apple trees and my dad, who enjoys his apple pie with a slice of cheese on top, I made this Apple and cheese tart. I was able to pick twenty pounds of apples this year so I’ve been more than happy to find ways to bake with some of them. The puff pastry cooks in about 30 minutes so make sure to cut your apples quite thin
