- 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg beaten

Bacon cheese straws are so delicious. They are perfect for your next party. Using frozen pastry puff helps with the assembly. If you have never worked with frozen pasty puff it is cinch. The most difficult thing about it is remembering to remove it from the freezer 45 minutes before you want to work with it!
