Recipe Description
My mom made meatloaf while I was growing up and it was one of my favorites. I started with her recipe and gave it a twist by adding Moores Original Marinade to the meat mix, which gave it a nice bold flavor. And it was stuffed with all the cheeseburger staples. Plus bacon. Gotta have bacon.
Also, one other thing when it comes to meatloaf. Use a quality ground beef that still has some fat. I used a ground angus beef that was 85% lean. The extra 15% of fat gives it the moisture and flavor the meatloaf needs.
