This is NOT a low calorie sandwich however it is a delectable treat. Now the kids they can eat them on occasion because they burn calories just playing their IPODS! can have a quarter of one once in a blue moon. The taste is freaking amazing and making the sandwich or samich (as some Floridians call it) is a breeze. It is a slam dunk. You can use leftover mac n cheese or you can start from scratch. We usually use leftovers because like I said we can’t eat these all the time or we might need to tie ourselves on the elliptical!
