- 1 Egg slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs or GF substitute I used whole wheat
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup fresh basil cut into slivers
- 24 ounces marinara sauce divided; 1/3 cup for meatball mixture and the remaining sauce for serving
- 1 pound ground chicken breast

Baked Chicken Parmesan Meatballs - just mix and bake! That's it...and you get this family favorite neatly packaged into tasty meatballs! Serve them over spaghetti, in a sub roll topped with cheese or as a tasty appetizer dipped in marinara. They can be made ahead and frozen before or after cooking them.
