- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- FOR THE STUFFING
- 3½ cups chopped day old bread (stuffing bread)
- ¼ cup butter (soft)
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- ½ teaspoon salt
- dash pepper
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- ¼ teaspoon ginger (optional / helps prevent repeating)
