- 1 packet cream cheese (16 oz)
- 2 tablespoons olive oi
- 1 Small yellow onion (diced)
- 1/2 Large red bell pepper (diced)
- 1lb lean ground beef
- 1 can MANWICH Thick & Chunky Sauce
- 1 can original Ro*TEL tomatoes
- 3/4 cups shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese (or any Mexican Variety)
- 1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar
- 1 thin baguette (sliced into 1/4 slices)
- sliced green onion for garnish
