This roast starts with a Pan-seared golden brown crust that’s rubbed with a mild barbecue sauce powder. It’s then placed in the crock pot and slow cooked for 11 hours. The meat will fall apart once cut and is cooked with tender carrots and topped with green onions. Eat as is or serve with rice or on a sandwich.
