- 1/2 CUP All Purpose Flour
- 2 CUP Heavy Cream
- 2 TSP Grain Mustard
- 8 OZ Smoked Cheddar Cheese (grated, chef used Tillamook cheese)
- 1 Baguette (cut into thin slices)
