This Blue Cheese Coleslaw is my favorite summer side dish this season. Perfect for any summer BBQ, this coleslaw is light and crunchy. Made with fat free half and half and a little bit of mayonnaise, this side dish is lightened up and healthier than most creamy coleslaw’s. The red and green cabbage give this coleslaw the elevated flavor that pairs nicely with fresh blue cheese crumbles.
