Last year I got a braising pot for Christmas. It is one of my favorite thing! I am so excited to be getting it back out to make wonderful, comforting, slow cooked meals like this one! The pork in this dish came out so tender and flavorful! The rice was perfectly cooked! And the combination of the flavors was so comforting, hearty and even a healthy meal! Delicious!!!
