Ingredients
- 1 pint red grape tomatoes
- 1 pint yellow grape tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 6 basil leaves roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey infused balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 pound fresh mozzarella
- 1 french baguette
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt
- black pepper
Recipe Description
French baguettes that are toasted, then topped with a slice of fresh mozzarella that is then melted, and then garnished with tomato topping that includes balsamic vinegar, garlic, and basil. A very delicious gourmet dish that is so easy to make. Great for dinner parties, snacks, and additions to Italian meals.
