Recipe Description

Oh my! Buffalo Blue Cheese Onion Rings that are baked, not fried. The addition of the buffalo wing sauce made these craveable rings incredible! During the spring and summer months, we grill a lot; steaks, chicken, fish, you name it. If it can be cooked outside, it is. Onion rings are a great side dish for grilled foods. Yes, they do take a little bit of work, but they are well worth the effort. For this recipe, the key is to soak your rings in buttermilk for a couple of hours before baking. But, this time I added a half cup of Moore’s Buffalo Blue Cheese Wing Sauce in with my buttermilk. Totally worth it.
