- 7 oz 7 oz packaged salad greens
- 1 each 1 each avocado, sliced
- 1 cup 1 cup black beans, rinsed
- 1 cucumber 1 cucumber chopped
- 1 small 1 small red onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup 1/2 cup cheddar jack cheese, shredded
- 2 T 2 T cilantro, freshly chopped
