- 1 c sugar, divided into ½ c each
- 1 T cinnamon

Cheese Blitz are also known as Cream Cheese Cinnamon Rollups. A creamy mixture is spread on flat bread then rolled and baked. This is a tasty and easy recipe that tastes much like cinnamon rolls. It is a good make ahead recipe for kids snack, breakfast and brunches, as well as entertaining. They travel well!
