- 2 packages (10 oz. each) frozen chopped spinach, thawed andAdd drained.
- ½ tsp. cayenne pepper (more or less depending on taste)
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
- ½ cup freshly grated pepper jack cheese
