- For the chocolate bowls:
- Water balloons
- 1 pound Chocoley candy and molding formula dark chocolate
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Cellophane bags
- Ribbon
- For the truffles:
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 8 ounces dark chocolate
- ¼ teaspoon instant espresso powder (optional)
- 1 pound Chocoley white dipping and coating chocolate
- 1 bottle passion pink chocolate coloring (optional)
- 8 ounces dark chocolate, melted (optional)
Recipe Description
Truffles are easy to put together and make for a stunning gift and presenting them in a chocolate bowl, all wrapped up in cellophane with a pretty bow, you’ll show mom how much you really care. Chocolate truffle bowls are perfect for any day but especially perfect for Mother’s Day.
I’ve teamed up again with my favorite chocolate supplier, Chocoley. Everything you see in this recipe is available on their website except the balloons – you’ll need to go to a party supply store for those.
